Cups garbanzo beans, rinsed &
drained |

Cups fava beans, rinsed & drained |
|
½ cup
fresh parsley, finely chopped |

Romano tomatoes, chopped |
|
2 T
olive oil, extra virgin |
|
1 T
cumin, ground |
|
Juice
of one whole lemon |
|
1 T
sea salt |
|
|
|
|
In a small
bowl, mix together all the ingredients
except the beans. Fold in the beans. Tastes
even better the next day! |
