Day program is for you? If your weight loss
goal is less than ten pounds, or if you need
to adjust to a newly diagnosed food
sensitivity, or if you simply want to learn
if you are eating healthfully for your age,
then the 30 Day program is for you.
However, if you have
larger goals: greater than fifteen pounds of
weight loss or more, a long history of
emotional eating or a long history of a
digestive condition, then you may want to
consider the
90 Day Program.
